Have you ever tried the surprising combination of sake and Cantonese seafood dishes?

From 23th November to 5th January, six high-end Chinese restaurants will provide brand new menus on Uber Eats with the theme of “sake x Cantonese seafood dishes”. Sake can elevate the fresh “umami” flavor of seafood. In this combination, Cantonese dishes, with which Hong Kong people are familiar, will be even more palatable.
